Baby rooms and Pretzels

Seeing as I needed to change for the wedding, I went search for a toilet in which I could change. My bag was plastic-wrapped,so I wasn't sure how easy it would be to maneuver in a small place, like a cubicle. I found a mens toilet and made appropriate use of it, but it was heavy with traffic and a bit shoddy- not the kind you like to get changed in! So I left. I didn't have any idea what I was going to do until I saw a baby change room. I'm not sure how strict these Germans are, but I needed the space- so I made a quick right and entered the spacious baby room, locking the door behind me. I had visions of security men wrapping on the door, so I made haste! All turned out well and I left as speedily as I had entered.

Feeling more relaxed, I made my way to the stall and asked the man for a pretzel. I think it came out half-german/dutch/english, which is why the lady standing next to me looked up in surprise. I left the rest ofvthe conversation to him, and muttered 'danke sher' under my breath

So I got my pretzel, a butter one, for E1.00 = R12.50. Not bad. It kind of tastes like a large puffy pretzel with butter on it. ;-) thanks Thom.
